Eligibility

  • Age: 21–60 (principal), 13+ (supplementary)
  • Residency: Filipino citizen or foreign resident in the Philippines
  • Minimum income: ₱15,000 gross monthly income

  • Filipino applicants: Any valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver’s license, SSS ID).
  • Supplementary applicants who are students: Valid school ID accepted.
  • Foreign applicants: Valid passport plus visa/immigration documents (e.g., work visa, ACR/ICR) and proof of employment or embassy endorsement if applicable.

Proof of Income

Employed applicants:

  • Latest ITR or BIR Form 2316 (required)
  • Plus any of the following: latest payslip, certificate of employment, or statements from an existing credit card (at least 1 year old)
