  • Minimum monthly income: ₱15,000
  • For the following, the monthly income should be at least:
    • OFWs: ₱15,000
    • Self-employed: ₱30,000
  • Employment: 2+ years; if less, must be employed in a top 1,000 company with at least ₱20,000 monthly income
  • Must have a valid contact number and active email address

  • Valid ID: Any unexpired, photo-bearing ID (front and back), such as:
    • Government-issued ID (e.g., PhilID, passport, driver’s license)
    • Company ID from BSP-, SEC-, or IC-registered entities
